About Us
National Bakery is a retail and wholesale Kosher bakery located in Scranton, PA. We carry a large range of pastries and bread, and provide local restaurants, delis, hoagie shops and grocery stores with their daily bread orders. We also have cakes available for order, cookie trays, bagel baskets and much more!
Bakery Goods
Our bakery is known for our “wiener buns” which are labeled as “all-purpose rolls”. These wiener buns are served all throughout the Scranton area on various restaurants and hoagie shops texas weiner days! We also have available our famous hard rolls, french horns, rye bread, pullman bread, and a 100% whole wheat bread which is truly 100% whole wheat and hard to find in local grocery stores. We serve as a one stop shop to get any bread and desserts for any occasion. Both our bread and our pastry are made from the same company, old-fashioned baking: no preservatives.

We deliver wholesale bread and baked goods to local area restaurants, supermarkets and specialty retailers.
RETAIL
We offer a variety of high quality European and American style artisan breads baked fresh and available in our storefront bakery.
