Our skilled bakers can create truly delicious breads without added trans fats. Sourdough breads also have an extended shelf life, remaining fresh for days without the use of preservatives.  A French style baguette is offered fresh daily, a product in high demand product that has limited availability in the area. We also produce White and Wheat Sandwich Breads with soft crust and a tender crumb for traditional American Style sandwiches.
